BLEACH, PLEASE | 5 Ways to Bleach Your Hair
BLEACH, PLEASE Complete Hair Lightening Kit has given us all an easy-to-use formula to lighten our hair at home. But the hard part is choosing from SO many cute ways to bleach your hair! We put together a few of our favorite ways to bleach. Enjoy!
1. ALL BLEACH EVERYTHING
Ready to take the plunge? Bleaching your hair is sort of a life-changing moment. So many times in my life when I was going through a TIME I decided to bleach my hair so I could face the world anew. Plus once you go lighter you can rock so many more colors! Bleaching your whole head does require the most amount of work and maintenance but it might be the most fun.
2. FRONT BANGS
If you're looking for some blonde to stay framing your face, this is the look for you! We love this because not everyone is comfortable bleaching their entire head of dark hair and keep having to touch it up, but this style is cute, fun and relatively low maintenance. You can do blonde bangs with colorful hair, dark hair with colorful bangs or dark hair with blonde bangs. We're just trying to make Ginger Spice proud tbh.
3. DO THE SPLIT
Half and Half hair is THEE hair trend of the year. It started last year, has zero signs of stopping, and we are living for all of it. This style is the embodiment of not having to choose between the light and the dark side. It's also a bit easier to keep up with. Keep in mind if you do bleach both sides and color them with two different shades, you'll want to rinse in super cold water to prevent the colors from interacting. If half of your hair is your natural color... that doesn't happen.
4. OMBRÉ
This is one of the lowest-commitment styles because once you get just the tips lightened, you don't have to worry about regrowth or lightening again for a LONG time. As long as you follow the color wheel, you can do any color you like every 6 weeks or so as your colors fade. And you would be doing very minimal damage. This look is very acceptable for work in most cases as well, since you can tie your hair back in a bun and still be mostly your natural color!
5. ROOTS
Billie Eilish who? We are super obsessed with bleaching and dying only the roots of our hair. The upside to this trend is that hardly anyone else is doing it. Bonus? If it's not perfect on the undersides, you'll barely notice, Just keep those top and front sections precise. And if it gets too high-maintenance? You can dye it back to your natural color
