Arctic Fox was created in 2013 as the founders struggled to find a hair color brand that had everything they were looking for. Accepting the “norm” was not an option, so we set out to create the best semi-permanent hair dye out there.
Arctic Fox's research team dedicated two years of product research and development before building a beautiful line of prismatic shades, formulated with all-natural ingredients and zero harsh chemicals. Arctic Fox Hair Color is long-lasting direct dye that is DIY-friendly and conditioning with an infamous and delicious grape scent. Our highly-pigmented formula was created and designed to bleed less and prevent staining. All colors will fade, but not all fade equally. AF is formulated to fade within the original color spectrum, so as the color lightens, the shades will continue to be the gorgeous tones that you wanted. This also means that creating lighter tones and pastels with our diluter, Arctic Mist, is much easier and more accurate than ever before.
To this day, Arctic Fox is committed to only producing vegan and cruelty-free products and to making self-love, self-expression, and giving back to animals the forefront of our mission. The support from like-minded people all over the globe grew quickly and the Fox Fam was born.
With global support from the Fox Fam, Arctic Fox hair color expanded with new bold colors, accessories, and our very own plant-based hair lightening kit, Bleach, Please. In 2020, just as the world was shutting down we launched our hair care line to ensure our customers could safely dye, and care for their hair in the comfort of their own home.
We strive to make all products accessible and affordable by partnering with retailers such as Hot Topic, Sally Beauty, and Ulta Beauty, where the Fox Fam can find Arctic Fox hair colors, bleach, bowls, and brushes in-store and on their website!
