Fox Fam Rewards Terms & Conditions

The Arctic Fox Rewards program (“Program”) is sponsored by Boinca, Inc. and our participating affiliates and subsidiaries (“Arctic Fox”). By enrolling and participating in the Rewards Program (“Membership”) each customer (“Member”) agrees to these Conditions and Rights and the Arctic Fox Rewards Program terms, rules, regulations, policies and procedures as set forth at Fox Fam Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”). In these Terms, “you” and “your” mean the Account holder. “We,” “our,” and “us” mean Arctic Fox. These Conditions and Rights and Program Terms form the contract between you, as a Member of the Rewards Program, and Arctic Fox. Information provided will be processed and stored in accordance with Arctic Fox’s Privacy Policy. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.


  1. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Fox Fam Rewards program ("Fox Fam Rewards" or the "Program").
  2. You must be age 16 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for Fox Fam Rewards, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law. A person may not be a member of more than one Arctic Fox customer rewards Program. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.
  3. You may apply to become a member of the Program by visiting (the “Website” or “Online”).  You may separately register as a user by clicking on “Create Account” or by clicking on “Rewards” tab on the Website.  If you register by clicking on “Create Account,” you will be automatically enrolled in the Program.
  4. Members must keep their Member Account information up-to-date by visiting the Website. You can obtain information about the Rewards Program, your Account activities, and change your profile preference and contact information at any time by visiting the Website. You may also obtain your Account and Rewards Program information by contacting Arctic Fox Customer Service (“Customer Service”) by sending an email at [email protected]
  5. Rewards Program Membership and any attendant benefits are offered at the discretion of Arctic Fox. Arctic Fox reserves the right to amend or modify the Program Terms and these Conditions and Rights at any time and in any way without notice even though changes may affect the value of the Rewards Points already accumulated (including, without limitation, adjusting the number of Rewards Points or Rewards Coupons (as defined herein), the type and amount of any Rewards Program Points, and the type or amount of any other Rewards Program Member benefit). Arctic Fox may change the Program Terms and these Conditions and Rights at any time in our sole discretion by posting the updated Program Terms or Conditions and Rights on Arctic Fox’s website Fox Fam Rewards Terms and Conditions. You will not receive specific notice of such changes, and your continued use of the Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of any changes. The Program Terms and these Conditions and Rights replace all previously-published information about the Rewards Program and you, as a Member, have the responsibility to check for any updates. If the Program Terms or these Conditions and Rights are updated, any changes will apply to all Members, including Members enrolled before Arctic Fox posts the updated terms, except as may be prohibited by law. Arctic Fox further reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program, any benefits of the Rewards Program or any Member’s Reward Program Membership at any time without notice.


  1. Silver Fox Members: This is your initial tier when you sign up for the “Program.”  As a Silver Fox Member, you will earn 5 points for every one dollar ($1.00) you spend on our Website by purchasing qualified products.  You will also receive following points for below activities;
    • Birthday: 110 Points
    • Sign up to our mailing list: 50 points
    • Refer a friend for points: 500 points
    • Follow us on Instagram: 20 points
    • Like us on Facebook: 10 points
    • Write a review via email: 25 points
  1. Gold Fox Members: Fox Friend Members who accumulate 1,500 points will be elevated to Gold Fox status.  As a Gold Fox Member, you will earn 7 points for every one dollar ($1.00) you spend on our Website by purchasing qualified products.  You will also receive following points for below activities;
    • Birthday: 220 points
    • Sign up to our mailing list: 50 points
    • Refer a friend for points: 500 points
    • Follow us on Instagram: 20 points
    • Like us on Facebook: 10 points
    • Write a review via email: 25 points


  1. Qualifying Purchases: For every one dollar ($1.00) you spend on the Website by purchasing qualified products, excluding the tax assessed, you will earn corresponding points based on your tier. The cost of shipping is not included in calculating the amount of points you receive.  The earned points may take up to fourteen (14) days to show on Member’s account.
  2. Members earn points when they purchase qualifying products Online if the Member is logged into the Website. Points are rounded down. For example, if you spend $19.99, you will accrue points for $19.00, depending on your tier. You may login your account at the beginning of the transaction or at the end of the transaction before completing the check out process.  We are not responsible for any points that were not earned due to Member error or a result of not linking the purchase to the Online account.
  3. Members can redeem points by logging into the Website and Rewards page. Members can review points and available products that can be redeemed using available points.  Once Member chooses the reward, a discount code will be generated and corresponding points will be deducted immediately from the Account.  You MUST either copy the code to a clipboard or write down the discount code.  You need to enter the discount code generated at the check out in the “Gift card or discount code” section.  If you lose the discount code prior to check out, send an email to [email protected] with your name and email address that you used when registering with Arctic Fox Rewards Program.
  4. Reward points CANNOT be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
  5. Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products.
  6. One redemption per transaction is allowed.
  7. In order to redeem discounts, a $20 minimum purchase is required. A minimum of 750 points need to be accumulated in order to redeem a cash discount on any order. Also, there is a maximum redemption amount of 3,000 points per order. 


    Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund due to non-sufficient funds on the credit card or chargebacks will be deducted from the Member’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points.

    2. Abuse of the Rewards Program, including failure to follow the Program Terms, these Conditions and Rights, or the Terms of Use set forth on Arctic Fox’s website, may result in cancellation of your Member Account and future disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all Member Points accrued.  In connection with the enforcement of any Program Terms or these Conditions and Rights governing the Rewards Program, Arctic Fox reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as we deem necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs.
    3. Upon cancellation or termination, any unused points accrued in Member’s account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Members who cancel voluntarily may not re-activate the Account but are eligible to open a new Account without a transfer of the previously accumulated Arctic Fox Rewards points.


    Member Points are valid for One year from date of posting to your Member Account provided that you remain Active in the Rewards Program.  In order to remain “Active,” you must make at least one qualified purchase in every One year period.  If at least one qualifying purchase is made every one year, the expiration date of all accumulated Member Points in your Account is extended for One more year from the date of the last qualifying purchase.  If a qualifying purchase is not made within One year, all accumulated Member Points expire.


    Fox Fam Points, offers and Reward Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances except as required by law.  Accumulated Fox Fam Points and Reward Coupons do not constitute property of the Member.  Accumulated Fox Fam Points and Reward Coupons are not transferable by the Member upon death, as a part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.  Fox Fam Points and other benefits of the Rewards Program may be taxable where required by law.

In the event a dispute arises in connection with your Membership in the Rewards Program, you agree that any and all disputes or claims of any kind that have arisen or may arise in connection with your Arctic Fox Rewards Program Membership will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration accordance with the Dispute Resolution Rule of the American Arbitration Association.
